BEER AND BEEF STEW 1Can of Beer Open can and take a sip (this is necessary for quality control!). Pour rest of beer into the crockpot and add onion soup mix and gravy mix. Stir well. Put flour in a plastic bag and add cubed steak, shake to coat evenly. Transfer steak and excess flour to crockpot and stir gently to coat meat with liquid. Cover and cook for 8 - 10 hours on low. Serve with hot cooked noodles or rice. |
