JOANS OLD BAR FRUIT CAKE
Delicious and good for your heart and hips!

APRICOT FRUIT LOAF


JOANS OLD BAR FRUIT CAKE
(Suitable for diabetics)

Take 1 kg of mixed dried fruit.  Soak overnight in either 2 cups of black coffee or 2 cups fresh orange juice, or a combination of both.

Next day add 2 Cups SR flour and 1 beaten egg. Bake slowly  for approximately 1.5 hours or until cooked.


APRICOT FRUIT LOAF

375g Mixed Fruit
1 Tin Apricot Nectar
2C SR Flour

Soak fruit overnight in the apricot nectar. Next day add 2C SR Flour.
Cook in a medium oven.
